Pass It On Missoula accepts infant and toddler clothing and equipment donations in return for outstanding prices, free Missoula area delivery and Donation Appreciation Discounts. We offer cash payment or instore credit options for maternity apparel only.
Deliveries and Cash On Delivery Policy:
We conveniently offer free merchandise delivery AND donation pick-up on Saturdays between 9 AM and 5 PM and ensure timely deliveries of all local orders to the specified delivery addresses. Orders placed by Friday midnight will be delivered the following day, Saturday. Orders placed after midnight on Friday will be scheduled with the next Saturday's deliveries.
Although we would love to meet all of our customers, we don't expect you to be held hostage in your home on a weekend!
If the order has been paid in full and no one is available to receive the order at time of delivery, the order will be left at the front door and marked as delivered. COD* orders will ONLY be left if payment is made available at time of delivery, ie: LEAVE AN ENVELOPE ADDRESSED TO US WITH PAYMENT ENCLOSED, or PLAN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR PICK_UP HOURS. In the event that an order is undeliverable due to safety hazards (ferocious dogs, hazardous walkways or staircases), or has not been picked-up as scheduled, Pass It On, LLC will attempt to contact the customer and schedule an alternative pick-up time. We offer free local delivery AND donation pick-up within the darkened delivery area on the Checkout map. Customers living outside of this area may choose to submit an alternative Missoula area delivery address - work, family, friends, etc.- or take advantage of our merchandise pick-up and donation drop-off hours, available from 10am - 2pm, Saturdays, at 1900 Montana Street, West of Russell. Orders addressed outside of our delivery area will automatically be marked for Saturday pick-up.
*Shipping - Orders of $50 or more will be eligible for shipping at the customer's expense. Orders must be paid in full prior to being shipped.
**Orders of $50 or more in Pass It On merchandise automatically qualify for one FREE Logowear item of choice.
Logowear:
Pass It On Missoula Logowear is digitally printed on 100% cotton to ensure vibrant and long lasting color. Every tee is individually printed and unique. Ink shading and art placement may vary slightly from item to item. Some of our logowear items are discounted below $12 due to minor pretreatment and ink staining flaws, or because they are fabric blends. Cancellation Policy: Simply Contact us.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we are not able to offer refunds. Items needing to be returned must be exchanged for equal or greater of the total value of the items being returned, within 14 days of the original purchase. Items must be in the same condition they were delivered in, tag still attached. Pass It On will gladly offer FREE Missoula area delivery of the exchanged items, and retrieve the returned merchandise, or customers may take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off hours.
Privacy Policy: Pass It On, LLC assures you that we will never share your personal information with anyone. Your contact information will only be used in the event that we need to contact you about your activity with us. Random Savings Events:
Events are posted randomly and discounts apply to all areas of our site. Pass It On Missoula will post random savings events on our home page throughout the week. These events include the Mid-Morning Breaker: usually featured between 10:00am and 11:30 am, Days End Discounts: Shop and Save while the little ones sleep!, our Super Sunday Savings: a random 3 hours or more of savings!, or get in on the Link-Kaching Thing!: During this event, simply click the "Tell A Friend" button and address the e-mail to up to three of your friends. Share the news of our services and share the savings! Check back often to catch these random savings! Donate Your Discount: Donate Your Discount to a local non-profit program from the list located on the checkout page, and we will Pass It On!
Pass It On Missoula.com will be responsible for collecting and distributing monthly donations and itemized statements to participating non-profit programs, at no cost. Participating organizations have agreed to contact the last months’ contributors by the end of the second week of every month, by phone or e-mail to acknowledge the donation. Participating organizations are responsible for distributing end of the year tax receipts for those contributors that request them.Organizations must use funds responsibly and for program purposes only. Pass It On Missoula encourages everyone to participate in our recycled quality clothing program - the more donations we receive, the more affordable pricing and we can pass on to you! And we accept all items year round!
All donated items become the property of Pass It On, LLC and will either be displayed for local resale, or will be added into our community donations of infant, toddler, and maternity clothing.

Donation Guidelines:
We conveniently offer free merchandise delivery AND donation pick-up on Saturdays between 9 AM and 5 PM, or take advantage of our merchandise pick-up and donation drop-off hours, available from 10am - 2pm, Saturdays, at 1900 Montana Street, West of Russell. Items must fit into currently featured store categories, including: quality used Baby Equipment and Clothing, Footwear, Infant Socks, Bibs, Receiving Hats and Mittens, Swimwear, Training Vinyls, and Belts. Clothing and Footwear - We accept clothing sizes NB-5T, Footwear sizes NB-12T and Socks NB-12mos.
- All clothing must be clean, free of pet hair and odors, separated by size and gender, and neatly organized for pickup.
- All items must be in quality condition. We will not accept clothing or shoes that are stained, ripped, seriously faded, or have broken zippers, missing buttons, or missing shoe laces.

Please Note: Due to safety concerns, car seats cannot be accepted. We additionally do not take cribs or bedding. - Must be clean

Cash Payment and In-Store Credit Guidelines:
Pass It On Missoula may offer to buy or exchange in-store credit for your maternity apparel. Appointments can be made by calling 546-8209, and will be scheduled for Saturdays only between the hours of 12:pm - 4:pm. Payout and in-store credit amounts may vary weekly due to supply and demand. Please review and adhere to the following maternity apparel guidelines prior to scheduling an appointment. If you are a first-time seller with Pass It On Missoula, we recommend you peruse our site in order to get an idea of our items and pricing.

Please Note: We accept and price items according to brand, condition, and currency of style and are very selective as we examine each item thoroughly. Our cash offer to you is typically between 20% to 40% of our initial selling price and in-store credit is typically between 40% - 50% of our initial selling price. Offers are based on all items accepted and we are not able to remove individual items from the offer. Please understand and be aware, we are NOT able to give you an item by item listing. Naturally, you have the option to accept our offer or refuse it.
How to get the most out of selling your clothing:
* Presentation counts! Make sure your clothes are freshly laundered, pressed as necessary. This makes the best impression.
* Avoid any stains, tears or missing buttons and check zippers as well.
* Items must be in a container (laundry basket, box, plastic storage tub, etc.)
* We do not accept undergarments.
Clothing Must Be Ready For Re-Sale:
* Freshly laundered & odor free - please be very careful if your household is a smoking one - we are not able to accept items with smoke odors.
* No lint or animal hair
* Current styles
* Preferably name brand clothing
* Excellent condition - no missing buttons, stains or tears, etc.
